Shipping policy
Free shipping is offered on Canadian orders over $100 CAD Â by standard shipping methods.
Standard shipping is now fully tracked and insured (pins, single ornaments excepted)
We ship using Canada Post or Chit Chats (partnered with your country's postal service for US and international orders), though we reserve the right to use other carriers and methods at our discretion.
Standard shipping times (estimated business days in transit):
- Canada  2-8 days
- USAÂ 5-11 days*
- International  4-21 days
Order processing will be as quick as possible, depending on stock levels. We do make all this stuff ourselves! Please allow up to 7 days processing time for custom apparel, accessories and decor.
If you want to inquire about how long a specific item may take to ship, please email (include product name and applicable details, eg. shirt colour, size etc. desired and don't forget your city or postal/ZIP code).
*USA orders - new for 2025Â All US-bound orders will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). No surprises upon delivery, but a high up-front cost, sorry. We do not add a markup: shipping costs now include tariffs in addition to actual shipping rate, fees and insurance. This is the lowest-cost option available to us.
*Due to new US Customs regulations, shipping times have increased.Â
International orders may be subject to customs by your country, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your phone number to ensure compliance with carriers and avoid delays. DDP options may be available, please inquire.
