Yes, we can make your custom images (logos, photos, artwork etc.) into any of the fab formats pictured on our Product Offerings page or in our e-store!
| IMAGE REQUIREMENTS (you can adjust this under “image size” in most photo editing programs) • Format: .JPG, .GIF, .TIF, or .PSD only • Sorry, we do not accept MS Word documents. • Resolution and size: 300 dpi at 2X2", or 72dpi (screen resolution) at 8X8" • File size: minimum 30K – maximum 2MB • Subject should be centred in the frame, if possible. • Do not crop the image! We can crop for you, but need the extra background. If you have any trouble, feel free to send the image and we'll let you know if there's a problem. |
| ONLINE ORDERS FROM THE BBJ E-SHOP Ordering a custom product from our e-store? After choosing the product you want to customize: 1. select your desired buckle or crystal colour (if applicable) 2. select "custom" image option (default) 3. Proceed to checkout page, enter your payment and shipping details, and under Special Instructions, please indicate "custom order". 4. Check to make sure your image(s) meet the requirements listed above. 5. E-mail your JPEG or GIF image file(s) to bbj@bellnet.ca 6. Make sure your reply e-mail address is valid so we can confirm your order and match it to the image(s) you send. Please add bbj@bellnet.ca to your address book (especially if you use Hotmail) so our confirmation email is not blocked by spam filters. |
CUSTOM SHOP FAQ:
How long does it take to receive my order? Most custom orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks, though this can vary depending on your shipping location, customs delays, and the size of your order. If you want it for a specific date, be sure to let us know.
How much extra do I have to pay for a custom image? Custom work is charged by a per-image, one-time design fee of $20, plus the regular price of the product format.
What do you do with my image after my order is filled? Custom images are kept on file by BBJ for future orders by you, but will not be available to anyone else. If you want to order more items with your image later on, the $20 design fee will not apply!
What if the image I want is a printed photo, or artwork on paper? For paper images that need to be scanned please add $5. Your original will be returned to you along with your order.
What if I want to send multiple images to place on different items? No problem! When you e-mail us your images, simply indicate which image goes with each item. Price breaks are available for multiples of the same image, and the $20 design fee only applies to the first piece. |
