• All BBJ products are handmade in Toronto Canada. (Belts are made in China and/or Canada)

• Beads are glass (not resin or plastic!). To clean, wipe with a soft cloth dampened with white vinegar or glass cleaner.  

Slight variations in shape and clarity are part of the uniqueness of each piece and should not be considered flaws.

• Please use common sense when handling products; like any item made of glass and/or adhesives, they may break when dropped .   Simple repairs (bead “popped off”) can be made with household epoxy (follow package directions).

• We seal each piece for water-resistance, but repeated exposure to water, especially hot water, will weaken the sealants and adhesives. Do not wear rings while bathing, swimming or washing dishes.

• Do not display or store BBJ products in direct sunlight - fading may occur.

• Rings are adjustable; simply pull the sides of ring shank away from the split center to make larger. To make ring shank smaller, squeeze sides together and use pliers to bend ends in to form a smooth round shape.

• Belt buckles fit on standard 1&1/4 - 1&1/2” leather belts with snaps.

• Small pendant chains can be cut to desired length with wire cutters or pliers.

• Metal findings are usually nickel plated steel and/or brass (bracelet chain is zinc plated).   People with metal sensitivities may wish to coat pendant backs or rings with clear nail polish or clear tape periodically to avoid irritation.

• BBJ will repair or replace damaged or broken pieces within 1 year of original consumer's purchase date. All parts must be returned to BBJ studio, and will be mailed back via Canada Post.  Please include your mailing address and package appropriately for postal handling.
